The Peruvian Inca Aji Spice is very flavorful and you only need to use a little bit to give a kick to eggs and meat dishes. My boyfriend is from Peru and loves this spice in his food.

Best spice for empanadas!,

My Peruvian friend taught me how to make empanadas and he used this spice (but sent to him from his friend in Peru). My husband ordered this off of Amazon because we couldn't find Aji in the grocery or health food stores. This was a good price for a decent ammount of the spice.

If you've eaten Peruvian food, you've tasted aji pepper spice- it is the cornerstone spice of Peruvian cooking it.
it is more flavorful than spicy. I use it when doing a ground beef fry up, and when making traditional Peruvian empanadas. This spice can be difficult to find, and the quality is very fine. A good purchase at a decent price.
