Why only the 4 stars? Fabric blocks ringer from being heard effectively. It's well built, and adjustable to be positioned horizontally for us guys for more comfort on our belts, or can be adjusted vertically for a woman's purses. Has nice attachments so that you can clip on additional items. Very good value.
