I was really surprised at how sleek this watch looked when I got it. I don't think the picture does it justice and the face was just the right size. It was also very light which again you can't tell by the picture. Of course the biggest plus was that he loved it!!!

The high-contrast watch face and taller body make this the perfect watch for a larger wrist. Not so big to be gaudy, but it's also not going to go unnoticed. For the money - it gets 5-stars.

Just got my Nixon Private SS Raw Steel watch. I purchased this model over the Chronicle SS raw steel mostly because it was 1/2 the price. The "stainless steel" is very light and feels hollow. However, the watch has a nice aesthetic. Had I seen it in person first, I probably wouldn't have bought it. But the Nixon brand does have some really cool-looking models that are hard to pass up. Too bad the quality is not as good as it looks.
