The watch was received in perfect condition and was really nice. My daughter received the watch for Christmas and was very excited when she opened the gift. However, the watch would not keep time at all. Whenever she went to show to someone, they reminded her the time was incorrect. She had to leave for college and I told her to take it to jewelry store to see what the problem was but has yet to do so. I'm assuming it's just a dead battery, but what a dissappointment for my daughter who does not have the time to run around trying to get a Christmas present fixed!

I would suggest to the seller, next time you sell a watch, make sure it's working and invest in a new battery for the new owner. Don't think I would order from this seller again.

great except that it came with a dead battery. actually 2 dead batteries. the watch uses 2 independent batteries: one for hour/min and one for seconds.
