Best Self-Help Book I Ever Read!,
This review is from: No Is a Complete Sentence (Mass Market Paperback)
Often a self-help book will give most of its more pertinent advice at the very beginning, after which there follows relatively little meat. But this book was absolutely packed with great advice through its entirety! I read a borrowed copy and have decided to buy a personal copy for myself, as well as one for each of my children. The author is to be commended and I urge the publisher to go back into print. My therapist suggested this book and I think it should be required reading in colleges for psychology students and others.

There isn't enough space for me to give you a review first off.
This is one of the best self-help books read and completed. The author certainly has a way of puting the "boundaries" of a person in plain words. She doesn't go into technological or deep medical terms. It is to bad this book is out of print because I recomend it for anyone who has problems saying "NO" for any reason what-so-ever. There is insight and love and understanding in a way that "NO" is not black or white but a rainbow of soothing ways for saying "NO".. by the way "NO" is a complete sentence. |
