Editorial Reviews

Product Description

No Doubt of Innocence is a true story of Grady Gibson, an innocent man in prison since 1987. It is the chilling story of what happens when lawmen and prosecutors deliberately set out to frame two innocent men. The novel produces, clues, memos and witnesses statements. The body count rises to 11. It is a rare view into the real legal system. The reader is asked to be the juror! The cover is the scale of justice tilted to the prosecution which depicts the justice system out of whack and the final pages asks the reader to become involved and help right the system. THRILLER…TRUE CRIME…INJUSTICE

(REAL NAME)
Having known many of the characters in this book during the span of the events, I can say much of it is fictional with the exception of memos and court testimony.Crucial court testimony that led to the conviction of Hart and Gibson were omitted. The author did not present a truthful depiction of the actual events. Some of the allegations are outright lies purported to deceive the reader. The information was solely supplied by the defendants and the defendants girlfriend who did not even know them at the time of this murder. Law enforcement, the defendant's attorney(Grady Gibson)and certain main characters have been glaringly excluded in the writing of this book. Why is the question? No one can determine the guilt or innocence based on biased and skewed information. There is not an "eleven" body count as a result of this case. The last attorney,David Cromwell Johnson died of a heart attack and no foul play was ever indicated.Trooper Elizabeth Cobb was killed by her boyfriend due to an insurance policy according to court records. There was no point in killing her after the conviction. If she had information as to the innocence of the defendants, she had two years prior to her death to come forward. Several of the witnesses were alive for years after the conviction and could have been accessed. The attorney and the ex-wife never had an affair during the trial. Don't waste your money-it is a fairy tale.
