No Doz is awesome. IT works wonders. Instead of drinking coffee, I take one of these when I get to work, and it perks me up for a good five hours or more and that is just one! My limit would be two a day. Plus to the above comment: It would take three sugared sodas or diet and three to four cups of coffee to give me the perk I get from No Doz. I even used it while in the US Army right out of basic. It works wonders and you will not be disappointed! One more thing: you do not get a "crash" off this caffeine pill as you would from soda or those energy drinks.
