For a small book this one carries a heavy load.without a doubt this is simply the best motivational book i have read. I just started an internship in NYC, and along with my schedule as a full time student, I was worried about where my training and health would go in this new part of my life. Luckily I stumbled upon this book at a perfect time.

I am a 22 year old gal with a very busy schedule. Even though I am young, I find myself lacking the time to hit the gym since I juggle Grad school, work, and volunteer work on my spare time. This means that even though I am motivated to be fit, it is difficult to find time to go to the gym. Im my personal opinion, this book has revolutionize the way to exercise at home or during any spare time you have. I do not need to go to gym to do this work out, I can do these work outs with minimal to no equipment. It is an easy read with great information. I recommend this read for anyone who doesn't like going to the gym, prefer working out at home, or is managing a busy schedule.

No Gym, No Time, No Problem is a very different book from the rest. Its a quick read with a wide variety of chapters that get straight to the point of how o workout when you have no time but its more than that. The book is almost a how-to guide on how to slowly live a healthier lifestyle.

I thought the book was just going to have a list of workouts and food to eat with some cute and cheesy filler points. No Gym, No Time, No Problem actually starts off with 2 chapters on mindset and how to use the things you will learn in a practical way.

The workout chapters are great. With a ton of pictures and links to videos on how to perform each exercise, this book does what it says and actually helps you avoid spending time researching what an exercise should look like.

The nutrition chapter is also straight forward, divided up into 4 chapters and it covers what foods to eat and not to eat, info on nutrients and what, I was surprised to read, nutrients most people don't get living in todays modern world. The other 2 sections talk about how to effectively train for fat loss with a cool chart comparing calories-burned between the popular programs like p90X and Insanity.

With a few sections on athlete training and muscle building, that don't help me personally, I was surprised by how well-rounded this book was (they even have a chapter on how to prevent soreness in your hands from using the computer all day). It was a great read and I took a ton of notes with my highlighter. Aside from the pictures in a few chapters I wish there were more so I wouldn't see so much text but it is a really great book. I can't wait to go to the gym now!

This book is a great read for anyone looking to get leaner, stronger, faster, and just all around better at everything. This book contains great technical explanation of lifts, motivational quotes, and proven dietary information to help everyone from beginner to expert.

Not a lot of complicated exercises with emphasis on basics but, then again this book isn't selling itself to be a P90X of books.

Exercises can be done at home with minimal investment.
