4.0 out of 5 stars works good
I use the nono on my upper lip and chin, even though the user manual says not to. In order to get close to upper lip hair without burning my actual lip, I hold a facecloth over my lip with my other hand.

I have had laser hair removal on this area in the past but it is expensive, and it only worked ok, not great. The nono actually works better than laser hair...

1.0 out of 5 stars Did not work for me at all
I bought the No No after a recommendation from my cousin. I have done laser, but stopped....and the first rule in laser is to not use any other hair removal technique. Laser gave me great results. 1.0 out of 5 stars Did not work for me at all, August 26, 2010
This review is from: No!no! Hair Removal Unit, Pink (Health and Beauty)
I bought the No No after a recommendation from my cousin. I have done laser, but stopped....and the first rule in laser is to not use any other hair removal technique. Laser gave me great results. But after I stopped (I moved from India to USA and its much more expensive here!) I had to do something. No No seemed like an option.

But, it was completely useless in terms of removing all hair at once. so you never really have a clean hair free skin. I gave up on my legs in the second go, because it did nothing. I thought I will try the small areas like upper lip and chin and sides. This was worse. It burned my face (even when I was using its face attachment)and didnt do the job of removing hair very well.

Finally I called to return the product, which was achieved after much trouble and hassle, even though the product is apparently under a "money back" guarantee. after all the hassle of sending this back, i still have to receive my money back!

If your hair growth is thick, this product is not for you...trust me.

1.0 out of 5 stars no!no! hair removal unit is a waste of time and money, August 16, 2010
This review is from: No!no! Hair Removal Unit, Pink (Health and Beauty)
Luckily I bought my no!no! on sale when Sephora stopped carrying it (maybe that should have been the first clue), but I'm still annoyed that I wasted any of my money on a product that DOES NOTHING it claims.
It claims that you will have less hair growing back over time - isn't a year and a half a long time? I used the product for 1 1/2 years and always struggled to find a retailer that carried the replacement blades (why would I pay $10 in shipping for a product that costs $20?) and despite the fact that I had light and fairly fine hair to begin with, I STILL have the same amount of hair
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Hopes dashed, July 28, 2008
By
Understanding that patience was needed, I looked forward to a long relationship with my nono. Unfortunately, even my patience didn't last. The first time I used it was great. I did have a little discomfort from my overzealous underarm hair removal! I used it for about 2 weeks for an hour a day, 3 days a week. After the first time it didn't really remove enough hair for me to stop shaving. I may have worn out the hot blades but if a hot blade won't last a month, this isn't the product for me. I'm very very disappointed to be writing a negative review. I had high hopes, but it's not a magic product.

1.0 out of 5 stars no no hair removal is a no no, September 3, 2010

This is not only one the worst products I have ever bought but dealing with the company to get a refund on not only the product I bought but the one they sent me that I did not order. How they did that and got my credit card twice I still don't know. The no no burns your hair and does not stop the growth! It is a lie and the cream burned my skin after I used the no no. Customer service is impossible. I bought it in May and it is now September and I still have not received my refund. I will never buy anything from TV again! Save your money and your time and don't buy this product.

1.0 out of 5 stars burned my skin and burned my wallet, November 7, 2010
This review is from: No!no! Hair Removal Unit, Pink (Health and Beauty)
After using this device for a short time I have comeup with a better option. Just go out and buy a cigarrette lighter. Flick it and let the flame burn off your hair and probably some skin as well. That's about the same effect you get from this piece of garbage. Burned skin, smell of burned hair all over the house and then rest assured, the hair will be back , so you will have to burn it off all over again.

1.0 out of 5 stars Please, don't try it!, April 23, 2009
I am so disappointed in this product and the money I have wasted. The only difference in shaving and the no no is that the no no smells like burned hair (because that's all it does is burn the hair), and the hair appears finer because it is not cut bluntly as in shaving. It does not stop hair growth in any way whatsoever! It is also very time consuming. I'd rather shave and have $200 to put toward laser hair removal. I went over the reviews before purchasing and I don't see how anyone can say this product works. This is a rip off! Please save your money!

This product did not work for me. I have coarse hair and the product does not remove to the root. It is also very time consuming, expensive, and irritating. I'd rather just keep shaving.

I was so excited for this product and used the no!no! religiously for 8 months to no avail. It simply didn't work. At first I thought my device was broken so I bought a replacement no!no! devices which I thought was broken as well. As it turns out, it wasn't that both my no!no! devices were broken but that both no!no! devises simply did not do what it promised.

The No!No! technology will not remove your hair. Not even close. This devise is a glorified shaver, the most it does is to shave your unwanted hair, make your skin feel hot, and have your room smell like burnt hair.

Save your money and invest in a Silk'n SensEpil at home laser hair removal system (the first at home laser to be FDA approved). It's a bit pricey at $400, but you will start to see results immediately. The only downside is that it takes awhile (6mo-1yr) to see long lasting results. But trust me, you will love your smooth silky arms and legs. So far, my underarm hair is 100% gone while my leg and arm hair are 50% gone.

1.0 out of 5 stars DANGEROUS JUNK! I didn't want to give it even one star!, November 5, 2010
This review is from: No!no! Hair Removal Unit, Pink (Health and Beauty)
WARNING: THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE & THE COMPANY IS VERY SHADY!!!!!!
I received my NoNo, charged it, watched the video, and promptly received second degree burns all over my hands. (Luckily, I tested it on my fingers instead of my face!!) I had extremely painful blistering after using the item ON THE LOWEST SETTING! And no hair removal! The burning smell was my SKIN! Trust me when I say that I had some serious problems trying to return the item. Not until I begged and pleaded with a phone operator woman to woman to please, please help me did I receive any sort of service... and this is after one month of trying to return the item! My third biggest disappointment (first: 2nd degree burns and second: horrible customer service) is in Kassie DePaiva for endorsing such a product and saying that she uses it on her children. I call shenanigans! They'd be burned to a crisp! SHAME ON HER! (Oh and another warning... the people on the internet telling you that it is a "must have" work for the company. I have NO DOUBT!! The product is that bad!.
