Between Zyban and this book, I owe it all to both for quitting, and staying quit thus far...from smoking. Down to earth, love the parts that tell how your body heals week by week...conscise, honest...I've never forgotten it. Just wanted to say thanks! It's been ten years...I'm pleased. Will now order it for a dear friend that simply MUST quit smoking.
