4.0 out of 5 stars Eliminate fatigue to better adjust to new time
Both my wife and I took this for our last two international trips to Asia from the U.S. It eliminated jet-lag fatique which helped us adjust to the new time zone. It didn't automatically shift our body clock to the new time zone, but we weren't as tired so it made our trip very pleasant (i.e. we didn't walk around the city like a living dead :-). It allowed us to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Worth the investment
I'm in my late 20s and generally suffer from horrendou jetlag that lasts weeks and profoundly disrupts my sleep and wake patterns. I used these pills on a 12 hour trans-Atlantic flight, and I will use them again on the return trip. At roughly $7 and even with addtional s/h, these pills as sold by this seller are noticeably cheaper than if you buy them in the store. I...

I had a pleasant flight and recovered from jetlag faster than usual, and they at the very least, do not hurt you or mess up your rhythm when you follow the instructions. I recommend them to anyone who wants an edge up during long flights.

I do have to add though, that my flight was unusually comfortable since it was half full I got my own middle row on a newly outfitted Singapore Airlines plane. I also was using an anti-germ/virus spray as well as anti-sickness vitamin pills (the effervescent kind created by a teacher), and I also brought and drank 2 liters of my own water onto the plane, in addition to the many cups of water I was served.

I slept VERY well on the flight, I thought the pills gave me more energy while also making me more relaxed. I forgot my last dosage when I landed, but again, my jet lag did not feel nearly half as bad as usual and I recovered from it much faster than usual.

If you are truly serious about beating jet lag, you will probably want to incorporate these pills into a larger program (like I did) but the pills on their own do give you a noticeable effect.

I found these in my local luggage store for almost twice as much as this Amazon seller. I used it on a 12 hour flight across several time zone. Usually my jet lag on this flight is horrible, so I went a little overboard by using this 'No Jet Lag' as well as a 'No Germs/Viruses' spray (sold in a convenient security approved tiny spray bottle) as well as those 'No Sickness' effervescent tablets created by a teacher I additionally brought and drank 2 liters of my own bottled water in addition to the many cups of water on the flight.

The flight itself was Singapore Airlines on one of ther newly outfitted planes

It allowed us to adjust in just one day instead of our normal two or three days. Tip: Once you jump on the plane, adjust your watch for the destination and try to eat and sleep like so (and stay hydrated on the plane).

1.0 out of 5 stars writing this at 6am, a week after a flight from europe, May 29, 2007
This review is from: No-Jet-Lag - 32 - Tablet (Health and Beauty)
i'm rather disappointed in this product, having used it on my trip from Europe to the East Coast, arriving on Weds. It's Tuesday and I woke up this morning before six and was unable to fall asleep again, and each night I've been exhausted by 10pm. So in fact my jet lag is worse this trip than it would be normally. Sample size of one may not be indicative, or perhaps it's because I'm taking allergy medication, but nevertheless it did me no good.

5.0 out of 5 stars No Jet Lag in Six trips over 10+ hours flights, November 23, 2010

Great product.
Ever since experiencing my first Jet Lag, my wife and I and not suffered since taking these tablets.
The main point to stress is that these pills have to be consistent to take the pill every two hours immediately after take-off.
I just got back from a 11 hour trip from Hungary yesterday at noon, I was back at work at 6AM today. Wide-eyed and awake.

I bought this for our Maryland to Beijing, China trip which has a 12 hour time difference. I normally have no problem sleeping on a place, and I slept a lot but while taking these tablets, I slept in only in two or three hour spurts. You are supposed to chew one of these pills every two hours, but you can go four hours if you are sleeping. They taste slightly sweet (but no sugar) and you definitely need to crunch down on them.

When we arrived around 10 pm Beijing (10 am our time), we ate dinner. I had trouble falling asleep that night/day and for three days afterwards. I basically was awake the entire night or only slept for an hour or two. However, during the day, I wasn't too tired or feeling like a zombie, so overall I had more energy even with the hectic all day tour schedule and lack of sleep.

By the third night, I took a 1.5 mg Lunestra sleeping pill (cut a 3 mg pill in half) and that helped me sleep. After taking two nights of the sleeping pills, I was able to fall asleep more normally without them. I think when you have some big time zone changes, it could be helpful to have a few sleeping pills available to help get back on schedule.

I tried No-Jet-Lag for the first time going to and coming from Italy to New York. It seemed to help offset the symptoms of jet lag somewhat.

Yes they really do work! My family and I flew from the east coast to Hawaii. Many hours in the air. Wanted to arrive in Honolulu refreshed, not exhausted as we were doing a cruise immediately upon landing. We felt great. We didn't take them on our return trip and it took us three days to feel "back to normal". Definitely worth the modest price.

We did not use it because the directions were sketchy and I was afraid I would take it at the wrong time and be awake when I should have been asleep. I didn't know if it was to help you sleep or help you to stay awake at the correct time.
