4.0 out of 5 stars Always Welcome
This album is the bomb. Didn't expect a double CD and I thought that I would only like about half the songs -- but Martha provided double the pleasure. I love it!!! My favorite is Always Welcome (what a wonderful message Martha and her sister Mary share), but You've Been So Good, Great Exchange, Jesus is the Best Thing, Chosen Generation and Renew Me don't disappoint...

1.0 out of 5 stars A Huge Fan, BUT.....

First, let me say that I am a huge Martha Munizzi fan. Love, Love, Love her. The woman is bad! - BUT...

I have to agree with Ryan....This album was very disappointing. In my opinion, she did not deliver. You cannot take away the fact that she is a great singer/songwriter, but there is a very big difference between "No Limits" and "The Best Is Yet To...

I have been reading the reviews that are posted here and I had to write to say -- Martha Munizzi is the TRUTH. She lives the TRUTH and she sings the TRUTH. It doesn't matter what color she is and it doesn't matter what color the people are that purchase her music. The only thing that matters is -- the MESSAGE!!!!! I wish we didn't reduce her talent and her spiritual gift to the world by adding in the irrelevant factor of race. She is a CHRISTIAN and that is all that needs to be said.

I have been trying to pick up this CD for 3 weeks in the local record stores in San Francisco. Thank you Amazon.com for stocking Christian Music.

5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible, April 27, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
I think that this c.d. is amazing. It has lifted me up many times. The talking throughout the c.d. is part of praising the Lord and helping those who may be struggling. Of course not everyone is going to appreciate the same things. As for me, I would say that this is one of my favorite c.d.'s. I also love her other album "The Best is Yet to Come". We sing most of those songs at our church and they are awesome.

5.0 out of 5 stars she shined, April 26, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
Great album. Long album(two discs) but great. i like how each song flows into the other one. this feels like a live album. The best songs on here to me are renew me, name above all names always welcome(my favorite song on the album), youve been so good, amazing love, what hes done, and jesus is the best thing. She really shined on this album. now liek that other person said i do agree that it should not be about a black or white deal but i will say that if you did not know who martha munizzi was and you heard her on the radio you wouldnt know she was white, not that whites arent as annointed as blacks but just that most of the time you can tell a black persons voice from a white womans voice(even in talking). good for her. but I will agree with that one person that said she talked too much in this album and her previous(the best is yet to come) was better.

5.0 out of 5 stars It isn't about Black or White. It's only about God., April 26, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
I've been a fan of Martha's since I heard the "Lakewood Live" CD with her and Israel Houghton. She is truly an anointed singer and worship leader. You can hear God's voice in the music, and you can hear the words of someone who loves the Lord. I often listen to her music to move me into a state of worship. She is functioning her in gift because she is allowing God to use her as His instrument to reach His people.

Let's get off of this "White singer sings Black music". She's a Christian singing God's word to His people. That's all it is. Perhaps if we can get past the natural, we can see the spiritual that God wants us to see and operate in.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice junior album..., March 26, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
Martha came out with a nice junior album. The part that surprised me was that it was a double CD, because I didn't know she was going to make two CDs. My favorite songs are "Jesus is the Best Thing", "Name Above All Names", and "Chosen Generation". I like "Jesus is the Best Thing", because He is the Best and it has a part where a guy raps. I also like "Name Above All Names" because it's a nice praise song. Then I like "Chosen Generation" because it reminds us Christians that we are a peculiar people that are set apart for God.

4.0 out of 5 stars This Martha Munizzi fourth project to be released in the UK to date, October 9, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
This Martha Munizzi fourth project to be released in the UK to date and I most say the beat just goes on and on. One amazing skill Martha is anointed with is the ability to ministry a track with few words which places her on the specialist league in my opinion just Like Bishop T.D. Jakes on his sermons.

For example the longest track on the album is titled He's already Provided only has 29 words and she ministry for 8 minutes plus. What can I say the anointing makes all the difference. This live album also features other artists like her twin sister Mary Alessi, Did you know this? James Mitchell, Charles Wesley, Graham Kendrick, Cindy Cruse-Ratcliff, Eric Reed and the Band are totally awesome on this live project like if I expected anything less. Keep up the Good work guys.

This new live album is an outstanding value for money because here we are presented with 22 with 2 reprise track on a double CD. If you have not got Martha in your collection this is a good album to start with because I can see choir and worship team across the country beginning to learn this simple but effective worship songs that this album offer. Natural you will start singing along with Martha I find myself singing along in the off to the track titled Forever You're My King.

This is one of those albums that will GROW on you and there is a track for every situation that confronts you in your work with the Lord. The whole album is blend together so there is no gap from one track to another which in my opinion is superb. Downside the whole album sounds the same but it deserves a big 4/5

4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the last, but worth getting, April 24, 2006

LadyB (Birmingham, Al) - See all my reviews
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
I went visiting to a church in Atlanta, Ga and Martha Munizzi was there giving a mini concert. I was blessed to be there that day. She was promoting her new CD release. The song selections were wonderful and she ushered in the spirit of the Lord. I immediately purchased the cd and she graciously autographed it for me. She has a wonderful spirit and it shows in her music. While I loved the last cd, The Best Is Yet To Come, this one is very nice also. The Name Above All Names is one of my favs, as well as He's already Provided. You've Been So Good is a song that makes you remember all the great things that the Lord has done. It's definately worth buying.

5.0 out of 5 stars White in a Black world - there will be no limits!!!, April 15, 2006
This review is from: No Limits Live (Audio CD)
Martha Munizzi, as defined in her own words is "a southern girl, born in Orlando, Florida, who loves good southern cooking, grew up singing southern gospel music and is a huge fan of Cece Winans, Mariah Carey and country music artist Shania Twain." Today and at this point in her career, Martha finds herself as one of the very few caucasian artists who have been accepted into the world of gospel music, or if I can be more definitive, "black gospel music". Her acceptance came in a big way, for it was her 2004 sophomore release, "The Best is Yet to Come," that garnered her two Stellar Awards: New Year Artist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year, thus positioning her, at this point in the Stellar Awards 21 year old history, as the only white person to walk away with their coveted trophies. Martha's gift and talent is undeniable and the hearty messages she sows with each release are reaping a worldwide fan base. No Limits, is her 4th. project to date and was recorded live in a 12,000 member sanctuary, just 40 minutes outside of New Orleans in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - 6 weeks before Hurricane Katrina. In fact, "While You Worship (Chandler's song)," a composition written by Martha Munizzi, proved to be prophetic; the song was not scheduled for this recording and was only added during the final moments of the evening; ironically, it now serves as a tribute to those affected by Katrina. This double CD package, produced expertly by Noel Hall is Praise and Worship with somewhat of an R&B and dance feel. I especially enjoyed the title track as well as the anthem, "Till the Walls Fall," "Forever, You're My King," "Holy Spirit Fill This Room" and the rhythmic flava of the declaration, "You've Been So Good." Martha Munizzi, 2 Stellar Awards to date - there will be more!
