No Mildew Shower Curtain Liner - Clear

The curtain I purchased was slightly less thick than the previous mildew resistant curtain that I had purchased. I did not, however , find that to be a problem in over-all quality. The curtain did have an additional interesting feature. There were four sets of suctuion holes at the top and bottom of each end of the curtain, which could be attached to keep the shower water inside the tub. Great for shower dancers that spray throughout the bathroom.

Well maybe I am actually expecting "no" mildew and that is why I can't give it five stars. This curtain is really strong, does not rip, the grommets stay intact, etc. However, with 2 teenage boys using this there is no such thing as "no" mildew. I have put it into the cold wash and line dried it. I have also scrubbed some spots with Simple Green. It holds up well, but again, there is some mildew if you rely on teenage boys to take care of it. This is the third one I have purchased. I usually get one per year.

After 6 months of ownership, this curtain still hasn't accrued any mold or mildew. Just as described!

This shower curtain lasted us almost a year with very little mildew. It was thicker and more opaque than other shower curtains which was a plus for me. It's advertised as clear, but there is a very slight texture to the material which makes it not quite clear. I think the texture is part of the anti-mildew effect, since I have seen the smae texture on other, more expensive anti-mildew curtains. The grommets were of good quality and never ripped or tore.

I am a very lazy housekeeper. I wash the tile surfaces of my shower, but rarely (if ever) wash the curtain. After about 5 months of this treatment, mold began to appear in the folds of the curtain. Since my shower is not very long, there were many folds. I would occasionally spray a bleach solution on the mildew and that solved the problem for a few months. I had to replace the curtain after using it for 11 months.

good price great construction and i like the extras they gave it- better fasteners and quality.

The only issue I have with this is how stiff it is. I once purchased a shower curtain liner from Ikea, and it lasted 4 years. I paid 19.99. I could wash it and only got rid of it, when I felt it was time to get a new set. I have had this one for 1 month, and it is torn in 2-3 places. I will have to throw it out.

This liner is a heavy vinyl liner and more translucent than clear. It works well. We have used it daily for about a month with no evident wear and tear.

I think this shower curtain liner is better than most. One thing I immediately noticed is that it was thicker than the liner that I was replacing. Some people think thicker is better while others, I'm certain, would go with longer is better. Then there are those that state it is in the way that you use it. Regardless I am reviewing a shower curtain and I believe this is a far superior product than most. The metal rings to insert the shower curtain rings is an added bonus.

Great shower curtain. The suction cups keep the curtain in place so the water stays in the shower. Have not experienced mildew.

It fir to perfection and it's very nice I love the length and the fact that it will not get any mildew on it.
