2.0 out of 5 stars didn't really help
This book is very short and doesn't really have any good suggestions or solutions. I have flat feet and a lot of pain in my feet and lower legs (up to knees) because of it. This book tries to solve that problem with visualization techniques to get you to walk correctly and keep your ankle, calf bones and knees lined up correctly. This review is from: No More Foot Pain : How you can "fix" your feet and knees (Paperback)
But it didn't have any concrete steps one could take to minimize foot and knee pain. No exercises or recommendations on shoe inserts, etc. I wanted and expected more from it.

The "5 Secret" approach to the subject of foot pain seperates the body parts and makes it easy to focus in on what hurts below the thigh, why, and how does it get fixed.
I espically think the exercises offered to ease pain and correct problems to be the Author's best contribution.
If you hurt or can't get your Doctor to find the time to treat you and explain the issue to correct the problem. Pick up this valueable addition to solving your foot problem.
