Book Description

Healthful Alternatives December 31, 1999
The nine most common forms of neck pain each get a series of exercises designed to make them go away and stay away. At last you can awaken without a cramp in your neck. Take away the stiffness from sitting and standing all day. End the pain from long, tense drives in traffic. Some of the exercises can be done easily while seated, and others take advantage of simple actions while you stand and stretch. For the most nagging pain, ingenious use of ordinary objects like a tennis ball or towel do the trick. Immediately you'll feel more alert and energetic, and you'll never have a pain in the neck again. 96 pages (all in color), 6 1/2 x 8 5/8.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book to rehabilitate muscles, July 3, 2009

Mrs Hofler's book is full of insights that have helped, in combination with other books, to dramatically improve my quality of life. I do not believe that this book in and of itself is the solution, but it has provided me with the best advice for taking control of my neck pain. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking a comprehensive understanding of their neck pain. And if you find the book too technical, because some of it is, then skip those sections that are overly technical, but it would be worth your while to go back to those sections at some point in the future.

The worst book on neck pain I have read so far. The exercises are very simplistic and did me no good whatsoever.
