One point I like about this book is that there are constant factoids to back up the thought and reasons and as well there are clearly defined lists for things such as the names of medications related to the content. Informative and helpful.

I was very impressed with this book on overcoming panic attacks. The author take a holistic approach looking at ways to counter these attacks not just from a psychological perspective, but also from nutritional and behaviour standpoints. The figures provided on the amount of medicines taken in the US for anxiety is truly frightening, as is the information on the side effects.
As a hypnotherapist, I regularly treat clients with anxiety disorders, but was still able to learn much from this book. I would therefore recommend it not only to people who suffer from anxiety attacks, but also for therapists.
