I've been wanting to read this book for well over 10 years. I was finally able to purchase a copy over the Summer and I am so happy I did. Alice LaBianca is a gifted writer. It is a pity that this is her only book. I would recommend it to anyone interested in the victims of the Manson murders and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys biographical writings. The book is FULL of photographs and letters. I was able to really get into the story and forget that I was reading about a murder victim. The book avoids speculation and dramatics. It also ends on a positive note. I loved this book. It would make a great film.
