Overcoming means when they come on I am able to prevail over them rather than they over me. I am no longer house-bound, no longer unable to travel to the store, bank, movies, etc. Sure, I still have some panic, especially that darned anticipatory anxiety, but through several means I have been able to overcome it and have been able to do many of the things I was not able to do while the panic controlled me. I hope this book will be as helpful for you as the contents have been for myself. I would love to hear from those of you who get help through it. Thanks and enjoy the reading!
