Ghetto Twins are what there name implies... two twins from the ghetto of New Orlean's 9th Ward. Those of us from the ghetto truly understand what they are saying. Ghetto Twins have made the best out of bad situations in their lives. Each song they write they have lived through.. and that is what makes them "true" artist.

The Twiinz return with their third release No Pain No Gain. This out of the four ranks last, but because they are so tight as artist putting aside gender it's still a good lp. This album contains too many featured artist that doesn't compliment or add to the flavor they posses. Production by Precise was also missing on here as well. Not to say the others are not as good, but compare this to the other three albums where Precise either produced the entire set or contributed to over half of the tracks. "A Mil Don't Make U Real" featuring C-Loc is a spotlight tune where he harmonize the hook. Another version of "Got It On My Mind" that appears on all of the releases, is on here as well. Funny, I'm not tired of the recycled lyrics over new tracks. That brings me to "Responsibility (Remix)" featuring D. Shype, at least it is a little different than the original version. They get back to their signature flow on "Gonna Be A Murda" and "B's Jack Too". These ladies hold their own as you could tell by some of the titles like "Soldier Song" and "Bout Dat Gangsta Gangsta" where their skills are apparently unparalleled by any female emcee/rapper to have attempted to survive in this male dominating game. They are the Twiin female version of 2Pac.
