No Safe Harbor is a great collection of essays from various authors covering such topics as, "Government and Corporate Transparency and Accountability", "Privacy" and "Intellectual Property".

I especially enjoyed the essays concerning US politics and our interaction with other nations.

The essay covering the "History of Copyright" was a big eye opener on how long people have been dealing with unfair and sometimes unjust copyright laws.

Finally, "This Gene is Your Gene" was a great ending to an extremely opinionated set of essays that anyone who is remotely interested or concerned with today's privacy and copyright concerns should read.
