This is my second purchase of this CD. I sent this one to my sister because it reminded me of our childhood and the music we heard then. I have since heard that there are "Bill Gaither" groupies out there and I can see why. This CD is the greatest.

Bill and Gloria Gaither are so gifted, not only in song writing, but in organizing God's gift of music so that it can be a blessing to the world.

This is the kind of happy music that lifts my soul and fills me with joy. I feel that I came to know some of the singers that have now gone home to be with the Lord...The Happy Goodmans, Howard and Vestal, Jake Hess and George Younce, just to name a few. When I get to Heaven I want to see Jesus first, but when I have spent a lot of time with him I want to meet some of God's choice singers. I put Vestal Goodman at the top of my list.

I bought this product simply because someone else recommended it. It was alright but was not upto my expectations. Perhaps, it is because my expectations were too high!
