No Strings Attached
NO STRINGS ATTACHED is a delightful blend of romance and magic. Holly O'Mara is an herbalist who discovers a genie living in a jerry can. She agrees to housesit for a friend, but when the woman's lawyer son shows up at the house, everything is turned upside down. Light Escapism
This light romance requires you to suspend your belief (there's a genie in a bottle, a talking cat, and a sea serpent in this book!), but it's an enjoyable romance. NO STRINGS ATTACHED is a delightful blend of romance and magic. Holly O'Mara is an herbalist who discovers a genie living in a jerry can. She agrees to housesit for a friend, but when the woman's lawyer son shows up at the house, everything is turned upside down. He's a very skeptical attorney who is out to prove that his mother's story of a legendary sea serpent is a figment of her imagination. Holly is terribly distressed that he'd do this to his own mother and thinks he needs to lighten up. She can't even begin to imagine what he'd do if he discovered a genie in her jerry can, which she carries with her at all times. There are so many hysterical scenes that will have you laughing out loud. The characters are portrayed perfectly. This is a very fast-paced book and you will gobble it up in one sitting.

Holly O'Mara is a very likeable heroine. Unfortunately, the hero combines a great body and attractive personality with the tendency to bolt at inoportune moments (he leaves Holly high and dry twice without notice!). A nice, easy to read romance you can take on vacation with you.
