1.0 out of 5 stars Uhm..., April 10, 2004

Rivers Cuomo (Seattla, WA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: No Strings Attached (Audio CD)
This cd really...really sucks. I hate 80's shred metal...and that's basically what this is. It's not the fun keyboard stuff you'll hear from Atom and His Package (www.atomandhispackage.com) or Ozma (www.ozmaonline.com). It's absolute crap. If you buy this cd, you better like bands like poison, ratt, wasp, white snake, damn yankees, motley crue, or basically any other band that sucks. 80's metal solos suck with their cheesey harmonies and two hand tapping. pfft.

I say leave this album alone. Don't encourage this guy...he'll only break your heart...and your ear drums.

This is the cd youve been looking for. you want fresh? its here. You want new? its here. This is head phone music its cruising down the road cranked up and ripping music. This is not corporate political powdered up musical junk! Its one mans passion captured on cd. Dont expect to put this on and hear thin little keyboard melodies. oh no! this is rock n roll! It's deep its colorful. There are some classic rock anthems on here.. But, you have to hear these. They are done as Ive never heard them before.I felt like I was on a musical roller coaster never knowing when I was going to flying down or twisting or spinning the sound comes from all around and takes over. No matter how I try words are not going to convey the magnatude of this album. Buy it! if you dont, someday You'll wish you did!
