I'm really disappointed with this item. The image on amazon makes it appear as if the artwork is the 12" sleeve, but in fact Capital went cheap and just stuck a sticker on cardboard. The cardboard has 'Radiohead' reverse foil stamped, but I bought the frakkin' twelve inch for the large artwork that I thought it was packaged in. So Capital is just milking loyal fans and I fell for it. However, I won't be ordering the other singles that Capital released as a part of this project.
