Editorial Reviews

From the Author

The idea for No Way Out came from wondering what would happen if a woman was making the bed and when she tucked in the sheets, she found stacks of cash stuffed between the mattress and box spring. And then her husband didn't come home. That's not exactly what happens in No Way Out, but that's what sparked the idea.

"No Way Out" is a real "page turner", about a family who find themselves in a mysterious stiuation when their husband/dad vanishes. I won't say more as I don't want to spoil the suspence. "No Way Out is a great read." I've reccomended it to my friends and now to you Amazon readers.

No Way Out was great; it is so delightful to read a novel that you do not have to mentally block out the four letter words as you read. Christine Kersey is the kind of writer that you would not worry about recommending her books to any age or type of reader.
Keep up your work Christine, we are all waiting.

I'll start your second book today!

Christine is one of my favorite authors and No Way Out is her first book that hooked me. Her books are clean, suspenseful, and easy to read. I highly recommend all of them. (4 currently)

I really enjoy reading her books. I have read nearly all of them and look forward to more to come. There is no swearing or sex. It is hard to put the books down. They are so good. She is a very talented author. It feels like you are right there in the scene in the book.

I quite enjoyed this but felt the characters did some strange things and these didn't really push the story along as well as it could have. But overall a good try and I'll read more from this author.

I am disappointed in this book. I had high hopes based upon previous reviews. Unfortunately, the writing is amateurish and I can't stand it when characters do dumb things just to set up future plot features. However, I give the author credit for trying. I suggest she read Michael Connelly or Harlan Coben books to learn how to improve her writing skills.

Easy reading, no surprises, fine for the teenage set. Plot centers boringly on heroine and every single thought she has.

WARNING SPOILERS

At first, this book was super suspenseful and awesome. But then, I found out Tim did ALL that to pay off a gambling debt? Really? I thought it would be something cool, like a bad experience with Russian mafia, or SOMETHING more interesting. The plot had NO falling action. Take a writing class, Christine. Otherwise, pretty good.
