(+) one tablet = 2 cups of coffee.
(+) can break into halves to lower your intake.
(+) quick pick me up.
(+) safe.
(+) cheap & low calorie, compared to coffee.

(-) not much enjoyment out of it.
(-) no health benefit of the antioxidant property of coffee.
(-) can OD on it (nausea, vomiting, palpitation, etc).
