This design is great for a boy or girl. I was looking for something with browns, baby blues and greens in it and a design/theme that wasn't too busy looking. This is the perfect set. It has 6 pieces to it (I found the same set being advertised through several different companies with only 4 pieces to the set and these companies were asking for a lot more!). What the description doesn't say is how soft it is. The comforter almost feels velvety it's so soft - perfect for a baby! The bumper is reversible so you can choose to have the brown side with polka dots facing in or out or the side with the cute jungle animals. Also, the bumper comes in 4 pieces which makes it easier to tie to the crib. Added bonus was the diaper stacker and valance with I had planned to buy anyway, so the 6 piece set saved me $$. This set works great with any color crib and there are enough colors to pick from in the set to create a beautiful baby room.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely!!

I honestly wish it were also sold in pieces. I purchased this for my baby boy. It was quite the trial picking one out. Every time I chose a set for a boy it would be discontinued. I actually had this problem a lot for everything just about that I picked out for a boy. The sheet is as soft as some of the others that I have purchased, also it doesn't fit my mattress very well. It is a bit too tight, and it can't be my mattress, because the others fit perfectly. The bumper doesn't fit perfectly, I would have liked it if there more than just the end ties on the side panels. Also, I have never used the diaper holder, not even as decoration. I did purchase several of the accompanying pieces, such as the lamp, border, decals and mobile. I do not recommend the mobile. I ended up ordering another that was battery operated and plays for twenty minutes. The reason I give it 3 stars is I don't use all of the bag set and would have preferred to purchase the items I wanted/ needed separately. Value wise it wasn't the best for me, but the quality, with exception to the sheet, is 5 stars.

I saw this online at Babies "R" Us and fell in love with it (I ended up buying it from [...] for a much cheaper price than BRU). I was hesitant to buy it without seeing it person but decided to take a chance. The bedding set looks even better in person, the colors are so rich and the fabric is super soft. Each of the animal faces on the comforter and the bumpers are made of different textured fabric which my son loves to stare at and touch. I have washed the set many times and it has held up beautifully.

Recieved the set and OMG, looks better in person, super soft and I say soft.
My daughter in law bought a Cherry finish crib. It looks beautiful.
I highly recommend this product, the price is perfect and when you combine with the wallpaper, you have a perfect cozy looking baby room.

Very happy with this purchase. It looks just adorable in the baby's bedroom and the materials used to make it seem to be very high quality. Washed very well. Would recommend it in a heart beat.

I registered for this set on Babies'r'Us (available only online) but found it in store at Burlington Coat Factory's Baby Depot for a good bit less. I received the hamper, wall decals, wall hangings and mobile as a gift and bought the rug initially to match paint to. My husband chose the brighter blue to paint the walls with and it looks great. I followed the washing directions on the set and it held up great in the wash. I love the different textures and the adorable animals but the neutral cream and brown colors as the basic scheme really make it look great with anything. I love that you can buy an extra valance and fitted crib sheet separately and I'm defenitley going to purchase the stuffed lion that goes with this. The wall decals look great on the nursery closet door and on the plain wood toy box we have that matches our furniture set. I only put a few decals on the wall since the wall hangings are nicely understated decoration on their own.

My daughter was 8 months before we ended up buying this, we moved and I just couldn't find one that I really loved, and I'm SO happy that I waited. Because it's gender neutral we can use it for the next baby when she'll be in her no doubt girly stage but right now she LOVES the different animals. She's learning them when every night we point out different ones and say the name of them. Not to mention this material is the BEST. I am so surprised at the quality of every part of this set. Even the valance has the different textures. The best part is it holds up in the wash. My daughter was sick awhile back and got green snot all over the comforter. I was so worried about washing it but figured it would have happened sometime so I sprayed it with stain remover and washed it cold then dried it low. It didn't unravel or ruin any part of it! Great buy, you won't find anything better!

I had ordered a similar set in both color and price, but found this one to be more vibrant and softer than the JJ Cole set I purchased at Target.com.

I gave this set 4-stars for a couple of reasons: I would have prefered it offered as a four piece set (bumper, quilt, sheet, skirt) because I won't use the 1 window valance or diaper holder the six piece set came with. I wish I had the option. Secondly, the set as pictured, looks white, but it is definitely cream. I would have liked more details in the discription.

Overall, for quality and impression upon arrival, I would have given it 5-stars. It's modern looking with a touch of baby and more affordable than what I've been looking through on other websites when searching for more modern crib sets.

This set is so much better in person than on the pictures! Also, Amazon's price is a lot better than you'll find anywhere else, and I recieved it in less than 3 days! The colors are so much more vivid in person, and it is absolutely perfect for baby boy's nursery. We can't wait to paint - and this one has so many colors, it's easy to find one that will work on your walls. The materials seem to be good quality as well. We typically only buy 800-1000 thread count sheets...obviously we weren't going to get anything that nice for baby to make a "mess" on, but the sheets feel very nice and are pretty thick - not like the cheaper sets you typically find in a 6-piece ensemble.

My only complaint, which is strictly personal, is the window valance is better suited for a larger or double window than the one in our nursery. We have a single window, and the valance is too long so it hangs funny. I'm sure we can find a way to fix it though.

Buy this set! You will not be disappointed!

I looked at several bedding sets that were somewhat gender neutral like this one. We decided not to find out the gender of our baby ahead of time, so I wanted something that would be good for either a boy or a girl. This set is just perfect! There are so many colors to choose from, that you can accent just about anyway you want. The animal faces are just adorable and the materials are very soft. There are a lot of coordinating pieces to go with it, so you can do as much or as little to the baby's room as you like. I think it will be fun as our child grows older too, because we can use it to teach him or her the different animal names. My only complaint is that some of the tags are in tough places to cut off.
Like other reviewers have said, if you like it in the online pictures, you'll love it once you see it in person!
