4.0 out of 5 stars a big hit in the tub!
Both of my boys love this bath toy (ages 13 mos. and 3-1/2yrs)! They love the hippo that blows bubbles - baby shampoo works great in it. The only problem is that my young one pulls it down a lot. The suction cups don't seem to work as well as some of our other toys.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bummer Bath Toy
This toy looked great but in the REAL world of play was lousy. The suction cups dont hold it up in the tub, so it just slides down the wall. None of the "options" worked (i.e. bubbles won't come out of hippos mouth). If I could find a way to return it, I would!
Dont waste your $$$!

1.0 out of 5 stars It keeps falling down..., May 11, 2005
This review is from: Noah's Ark Bath Time Play Set (Toy)
It would have been a nice toy if the suction cups worked. It's a cheap toy and it's not worth the price considering how it fell on my sons toe. If I could sue, I would. But, I had read the previous 2 reviews and didn't heed to what I unfortunately had to find out myself. I only gave 1 star because that's the least I can give. I would have given none. Don't waste your money. Believe me, you'll regret it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Very Frustrating!, November 9, 2005
This review is from: Noah's Ark Bath Time Play Set (Toy)
My kids loved the idea of this toy and it seemed very cute, but the suction cups were not strong enough (or whatever!) to hold it up. It constantly fell down and was very frustrating to my children. Don't buy it.

3.0 out of 5 stars So cute, but not built to last!, December 17, 2006

I bought this at The Learning Express and thought it looked really cool - it had lots of interactive features and it was so compact... Unfortunately, two major design flaws turn this bath toy into a total bummer in no time at all.

While it worked, it was great - my daughter (who was about 1 1/2 at the time) was so amused by the water-squirting seal and the bubble-blowing hippo, and she loved to fill up the aquarium with the little giraffe cup! I was happy to have found such a fun bath toy for her...until the first time it fell down. The suction cups were not strong enough to hold up the weight of the toy, and it fell down several times into the (dry) tub...which was annoying but not a total bummer. Then it fell into the tub during bathtime, and was fully immersed in water - I grabbed it quickly and stuck it back up on the wall, but bathwater had already penetrated the inside electronic workings. In just a short time, the hippo stopped blowing bubbles (which was, of course, my daughter's favorite part). I took the back of the toy apart and replaced the batteries, but the water had damaged the electronic mechanisms, and it was unfixable. TOTAL BUMMER!!!

If the suction cups on the back were stronger, and there was some kind of waterproof seal surrounding the electronics inside, I think this toy would have lasted much longer.

1.0 out of 5 stars VERY CUTE but doesn't last, October 22, 2006
This review is from: Noah's Ark Bath Time Play Set (Toy)
This toy was a gift to my son from my sister. We thought it was so cute; the giraffe fills it up with water and there's a spinner and it shoots water and everything... Then you put it up. It rarely stays attached because it's too heavy for its suction cups, and the battery chamber isn't waterproof, so before you know it, the batteries and connections are rusted and ruined. On top of all that, you have to refill the seal every four seconds if your child likes the water shooting out. Same with the bubbles. Stick with stacking cups. They'll like them just as much.

save your money and don't buy this piece of junk. I fully agree with the other moms about the suction cups not sticking to the bath tub. Toy is heavy to land on the legs or toes of your little one and I had to stop it from doing that a lot. I got the hippo to blow bubbles once and it was fun while it lasted. When it was bath time again, the hippo didn't work. I finally took the toy out of the tub and tossed it in the trash.
