5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! I'm the first person!, March 29, 2005
This review is from: Noble Hatch (Audio CD)
That isn't so surprising. She's new, she's cool and she has a slick cover in my opinion! That's what caught my eye at first, was that cover! The mean my little pony!

So I looked at the CD. Mmmm...a girl singer, promising. THen it was on a listening station, so I listened to the first song and promptly bought the album.

It's great. She sounds like the Martinis, or even Metric a little bit...a difference? This girl has attitude!

I was rather appalled at the fact that in one of her songs...."Cozy" She's talking about a whole lot of stuff, and sings "Jesus blow your wad on me."

WELL! THat just set my liking of her up a lot!

Some of the songs are slow, but the messages are rather clear, she sings about a lot of stuff. Pressure, depression and of course happy things.

The music is guitars, keyboards, weird electronic beeps and stuff. I love it.

I hope she continues making music. She's awesome!

Hightly reccommended. The music is catchy and you'll find yourself tapping your foot to the faster stuff, and listening intently to the slower songs.

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE THIS ALBUM!!!, May 6, 2005
This review is from: Noble Hatch (Audio CD)
Amy Miles came highly recommended to me by a co-worker who is a big music snob. I bought Noble Hatch hoping to tell him that he didn't have such great taste, but instead I fell in love with the album and with Amy Miles' voice. She's innocent and super sexy at the same time. I've turned a lot of people onto Amy Miles now, and I tell everyone I meet to buy this CD!!! It's that great. She's a true stroyteller.
