Yellowman has a tendancy to heavily recycle his hits on his later albums. Thankfully, Nobody Move contains many great originals. The title track, "Watch Your Words", and "Hill and Gully Rider" are all classic Yellowman tunes. Nobody Move is no King Yellowman, but if you enjoy old school DJ or sing-jay style reggae, you'll dig this album.

"Watch Your Words", "Why You Bad So", "Bedroom Mazurka" and the hit title track are the standouts on this 1985 release. After recording the critically acclaimed but poor-selling "King Yellowman" album for Columbia Records in 1984, Yellowman returned to his original recording home at Greensleeves Records and released this album which was produced by his long-time producer Henry "Junjo" Lawes and brought him back to familiar territory. If it is true that "Nobody Move" was no "Mister Yellowman" then it is also true that it scored more hits for Yellowman and helped further his reputation as the undisputed king of Jamaica's dancehall music scene. Enjoy!
