Christina Aguilera and Ricky Martin have earned themselves a hit together! Ofcourse they've had hits before this alone, but together they give you the best thing that has ever hit the music buisness. I hope they continue to sing together. Christina Aguilera has sang before Genie In A Bottle,Come On Over,and What A Girl Wants that have turned into hits. I don't think there was a hotter duet this year. Christina and Ricky make a perfect couple on this sizzling duet. Amazing vocals from Miss Aguilera make this song what it is. Ricky Martin does his best to hold his own against the pop diva, but overall Christina comes out on top. Also included are Ricky's sensual solo version and a remix. What do you get when you cross two latin artists? you get one hot song! this song shows off both of their vocal talents. the video is simply breathtaking. the song, written by desmond child is a very well written song. it is about how no one wants to be lonely, they always want someone, even if they can't have them. christina and ricky sing beautifully together, and i hope they work together even more in the future. :D

Ricky Martin has never been my most favourite of artists, and Ms Aguilera is hardly the best performer in the world, but I just can't help loving this song. The vocals are beautiful, and they are sang with such feeling, it's quite surprising. The performers themselves are impressive, and, despite Ricky's attempts, Christina soars over him, as usual dominating the vocals of the song, and easily managing to skip between the octaves like she's on speed. As much as I hate myself for it, I absolutely love this song. (...) It's kept me entertained ever since it's release 6 months ago. Fantastic song, amazing sound, shame about the personalities singing it. I feel I should knock a star off just for the people performing, but that would be sad and shallow. Instead, I'll just continue to like it, and never tell a soul.

From Ricky's smooth voice to Christina's blaring high notes, "Nobody Wants to Be Lonely" is a hit. In this song, you can really hear Christina's maturity as a vocalist. Some of her idols came out in her voice in this song like Whitney and Mariah. Ricky doesn't quite get the umph behing him to compare to Christina but at least he doesn't overpower her. One person who thinks they are the best singer in the universe is enough!

The first time I heard this song I had to get it. I wasn't sure at first who the guy was but I recognized it was christina right from the start. I wanted it the first day so i cheated and downloaded it from napster. But now I do have a copy of it of my own. If you go out and buy this single you will not be disappointed. You can play this song over and over and not even get tired of it.

Despite Ricky's efforts, Christina totally dominates the vocals, soaring over him with her powerful multi-octave voice. The singers preform with passion and raw emotion rarely heard in a song.
The lyrics are simple, but are given power by Christina, with Ricky barely backing her. The instruments behind them make for a perfect Latin-American song.

Time is precious and it's slipping away and I've been waiting for you all of my life" Such beautiful lyrics and Ricky and Christina's voices blend so well together. When they perform together it is pure magic. For anyone who does not have this single I suggest that you go out.. and buy it. Ricky and Christina are amazing!

Most comment that Christina overpowers Ricky and are quick to write off his contribution to the song. If both singers were to perform with Christina's panache then the song would be completely unbearable. However, Ricky adds a soft sensual undertone - charateristic of his style - which blends flawlessly to create a unique and unprecedented duet.
