I've been waiting for the official english version of "Nobody" by the Wonder Girls. And it's here. The file that I got via Amazon here is a .MP3 file that is 239kbps VBR. Over on iTunes, you'll get a .M4A file that is 256kbps. I don't know the technical differences but they sound the same to me. The .MP3 file that you get here on Amazon is ten-cents cheaper at 89-cents for the song. Although, the song came out one day later on Amazon (June 27) than when it came out a on iTunes (June 26), you know you're getting a good cheaper buy when you get it on Amazon. Those nitpicky things aside, the song is great and is the Wonder Girls' premiere debut song for their venture into the American music marketplace. The girls will be touring around the U.S. and Canada with the Jonas Brothers. That's going to be a crazy combination that's targeting a super potential demographic bonanza. It'll be interesting to follow the concert news about what happens there. Anyways, if you are looking to get the song here, then you probably may already know the original korean version of the song. After months of preparation in the states and their noticeable absence in Korea the girls have finally released their first U.S. single, the english version of their 2008 smash hit "Nobody". It's always easier to break into a new market with a proven hit than to risk debuting with a new song, though BoA admittedly, did fairly well doing just that. SunMi's vocals sound awesome per usual and so does SunYe. However, I feel like YeEun probably enunciated her parts a little too much to the point where it was almost like she was yelling. SoHee suprisingly sounded pretty good without the Engrish accent. I saw some clips of their live performances with the Jonas Brothers and they were also pretty good live. Overall, they did a good job and it shows they worked hard on their pronounciation. Wish them the best.
