I've bought at least a dozen bluetooth headsets over the past few years. Without a doubt, this one has the best fit I've ever experienced. The soft silicone piece fits snugly in my ear without causing any pain, which is great because I have super sensitive ears. The simple but effective ear loop can easily be removed and swapped around to make it a left or right ear piece. It can also be adjusted up or down depending upon the size of your ear. Unlike so many bluetooth headsets that have a fixed length ear loop and are therefore too large for my ear, this one was a perfect match.

The headsets feels very cheaply made, thus a deduction of one star. The call answer and end button just doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like. This bluetooth headset is extremely small and lightweight, but I found the call quality to be as good as the Motorola headsets, but not as good as the Plantronics. For casual users or users on a budget, this is a great choice.

One last comment, I have no idea why the description says display. It doesn't have a display, none of my bluetooth headsets have a display, and I wasn't expecting a display. However, I can understand the confusion if you bought this and can't find the display.

I bought this for my BB 8530 because it seemed to have the best features and reviews for under $30 shipped BT Headset. It has the same 2.1 BT standard and the other protocols that come with my new Curve 2, and is rated 6 hours talk 160 hours standby. It charges from empty in an 75 minutes.

I was surprised how small and light it is. The first day I wore it to the mall, and I got compliments on it.

At first I was concerned that the earpiece doesn't fit into the ear like other models do, but then I figured out how to properly rotate the silicone earpiece that is seals the speaker onto your ear opening. Basically, the looped part of the silicone is deflected by part of your ear cartilage, which creates enough force to accomplish this light seal. It's just enough force, because I wore it off and on all day with no discomfort. With this working so good, I figure you have to be playing sports or something to need the over-ear loop... I don't need it at all in everyday circumstances. This loop just slides out. I'm using the medium silicone piece that comes installed. A larger and smaller one are also in the package. Now that it's all adjusted correctly, the motion to install it in my ear is quick and easy.

I prefer the textured plastic to the shiny one I typically see in stores, because it doesn't show fingerprints. Regardless, it's still attractive. The translucent silicone does not show earwax flakes at all.

There are no annoying blue flashes. There is one tiny status LED and it's hidden from view when wearing the earpiece. This can also be disabled as instructed in the manual.

Pairing was easy, and once done the connection is automatic. Nothing to fuss with, it just works. Range is fine when the phone is in my pocket or on the desk nearby.

There are lots of features for controlling the phone with the power, volume, and answer/end buttons. The power button is well recessed, you would never press it by mistake. The volume switch is a tiny lever that self-centers, and pressing the center will mute the phone. Adjusting muting and volume actually adjusts the volume on the phone display, you can watch the speaker level change on the phone display. Using the answer/end key properly actuates voice dialing and other features as described in the manual. But you don't have to use these, you can just turn it on, put it in your ear, and do everything from the phone.

The charger is lightweight, and narrow enough to put alongside my BB charger in the same standard dual electrical socket. However, the prongs do not fold down, nor is there a prong cover. At least the prongs are smooth and probably won't damage anything in luggage. With 6 hour talk time, I expect the only time the charger leaves my house is when I am out of town.

The only complaint is that there is no hard or semi-hard case available. And of course, it's disappointing that there is no case at all provided. I ordered a small zipper case elsewhere on Amazon. Wandering around stores I noticed very few earpieces come with cases. Disappointing, I think they should. I would prefer a sunglass-style spring clamshell type myself, so it can be opened with one hand. I thought I'd mention it in case Nokia is listening.

The sound is good, I have no complaints about the volume level and the sound quality for voice. I've asked those on the other end of the call how I sound, and they say fine.

I tried music, and it was like old AM radio. I would expect this, since it is not made for playing music. It does not have stereo AD2P of course, so it isn't made for such a task.

Overall, I feel like the couple hours shopping, comparing models and reading reviews, really paid off for me. I don't see any reason for paying more for a voice-quality BT earpiece. I'm glad I didn't skimp on the features by buying a cheaper one either. It's near perfect.

I received this product from amazon.com and the title said "Nokia BH-216 Bluetooth Headset with Display (Gray)", but when I received the product, there was NO DISPLAY on the headset.

I am not sure if Amazon sent me the wrong piece or if this is an error in the description, I tried looking around for the model images and didnt find any with display. I will upload the pic of the one i received.

Other than that, the headset itself is good, it fits snugly, the call quality is good, the controls are easy to operate, and overall a sleek looking piece. It also comes with 3 different size ear plugs to suit the best for you. Since display was not the reason i bought this, i think i am gonna keep it and since it was FAR, i have nothing to complain ;)

This is the most comfortable and ergonomic bluetooth hedset I have used. (I have also used Motorola and Plantronics). My only complaint would be the sound, I dind't like it, that's why I gave it to a friend and kept the motorola.

I got this a couple months ago, and I like it. It's not the best I've had, I've had a few bluetooths. My favorite was the blueant v9i, but after the charger broke and I called the company to get another one, as it was still under warranty, they scolded me for it breaking! I didn't treat it any worse than any other electronic device I have, and then they jacked me around and didn't send the package to return it in when they said they would, so I just thought forget about it! Then I got a cheapo cardo scala bleutooth, and it was ok, but I like this one better and it's about the same price. Considering how cheap it is, it is very comfortable, and once you get it in place right, it doesn't go anywhere! And the battery life is around 6 hours talk time, like it claims. The plastic 'around the ear' clip is solid plastic, which kinda sucks cuz it could break easily, but it's removable. And it fits so snugly that you really don't need it. The white semi clear ear loop thing fits up against the fold of your ear behind the opening of your ear. I've never had that kind of fit with a bluetooth, so I didn't get it when I first got it, but now that I do, I love it! And it comes with small, medium, and large so it should work with anybody. And the noise canceling is decent, not as good as the blueant, but it is better than nothing. And in my book, for the price it is above average.

It also has a separate power button from the call button. And the call/end button is not easy to press, which may not seem like a big deal but it is! I've noticed that when you are talking to someone, and you need to adjust it around in your ear, it's real easy to hang up on the person, I've done it, and I would imagine it's not good if it's an important call! I also like that it doesn't have the traditional blue flashing light that most bluetooths have, I didn't get it for that reason, but after having it, I think that whole blue flashing light thing isn't necessary. It's cool when you first use a bluetooth, but to me its like having a car with a silly feature like spinning rims. It's cool at first, but then it is just plain ridiculous and annoying! It also has a volume rocker to go up and down, and it isn't really loud at max volume, but it's good enough if you have regular noise around you. Me being a truck driver, I need to hold it against my ear while driving sometimes, but if there isn't a lot of background noise while you're talking to someone, it's loud enough.

Overall, I like it, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it if you're planning on not spending a crazy amount of money for a decent bluetooth.

I had owned a Nokia Bluetoorh before and was very pleased. I lost that Nokia and bought a Motorola H15. Although the flip down boom was nice on the Motorola, the sound quality was poor and uneven on both ends of the call. I never could make it comfortable to wear. I have a friend who bought an expensive Motorola Bluetooth, and the call quality is abysmal.

At least for me, the Nokia is a gem. Excellent sound quality, and it is comfortable with, or without, the ear hook. People have mentioned they could not tell I was on a Bluetooth. If Amazon runs another Goldbox deal on the BH-216, I'm buying extras.

I am very happy with this Nokia BH-3216 Bluetooth Headset. The size is small, and the ear plug fits good in my ear and comforable. In addition, the sound quality is good, because I often ask people I talk with, they all told me it sounds like me. I highly recommend this product. The battery life is not bad either.

This is a great value for a BT headset. It works better and feels better made than the previous headset I owned. I rarely give a 5 star rating since nothing's perfect but this product works great.

This headset should work with the Nokia E71 according to Nokia's web site, but I counldn't get a connection. I also didn't recieve the "Three sizes of gel earpad (small, medium, large) with optional earloop for a more secure fit".

Headset fits good and is light, just wished it would have worked.

This Nokia Bluetooth headset is perfect for beginners who dont want to spend a hefty amount on their first bluetooth headset.

That said, this is a really good headset, it comes with 3 different size ear-buds to find the best fit for your ear. The sound quality is good and the people on other end didnt find any problem with my voice. It was easy to setup with my Samsung Galaxy S.

The only problem is that the ear-bud is too hard and starts hurting after a while, but that is fine as I dont plan to wear it for longer durations.
