i have never owned a better phone in the 5 years that i have been with at&t. this phone has EVERYTHING you could want in a phone. with the memory card(6.00)(at a separate place..cell phone shop .com.)you will have tons of storage. the signal is great, the graphics are wonderful and clear, the phone volume is great, it's just the best. i would definatley suggest this phone . the price is great as well. if you want a phone with no electronic issues this is the one for you!!!

Great Basic Cell Phone,

I've been reading various reviews regarding this model and I have to say that I don't understand how someone can write a scathing review before ordering a cell phone for a contract service before checking out what kind of coverage is in their area. Spiteful comments because you don't do your research is pathetic.
Now, before I decided to order this particular model, I did what every customer should do, I checked out the coverage map that AT&T has for the area that I live in. After discovering that they coverage the majority of the state, I ordered this model. Now, while I'm no fan of AT&T, I've found that in the past two weeks that I have had this family share plan with this particular cell phone model that I haven't experienced any dropped calls or service problems as it relates to this phone. Even my mom is happy with it and I got these two contract phones so my mom would have something reliable to use and she's almost 70. While it may not suit everyone, these companies seem to be switching everything over to touch screen cell phones and I find touch screen cell phones to be an annoyance. Hopefully, you won't let scathing reviews deter you from picking up this cell phone. I would recommend checking out your area cell phone coverage from AT&T as well as checking out the video reviews from CNet. You can find these video reviews through a Google search.

Not good enough to be free,

This is an awful, awful phone. After having used the Nokia 6085 since it was released, I was very disappointed to see the "upgrades" made for this model. It has very few new features, and most of those that are new will require an additional fee. For instance, there are new GPS and PTT buttons on the phone--which accidentally get pressed constantly--but you have to pay to actually use them. There is no outer camera button, unlike most phones I have used (which isn't a huge deal). The navigation and start/end call buttons are all way too small and I end up hitting the wrong ones if I'm not looking.
The phone has a nice design, but it leaves fingerprints too easily and if you try to wipe them off, it becomes smudged. Unless you wear rubber gloves, this is going to look dirty all the time. The outer case of the phone has audio playback buttons, which are constantly being pressed while the phone is in my pocket, which means I often have to stop what I'm doing so I can turn off the sound. Open and navigating the menu is such a chore because it is very slow and unresponsive. I often accidentally open up the MEdial Mall because I press the button twice, thinking it didn't work the first time. On top of that, this phone is very unforgiving when it comes to custom ringtones. All ringtones have to be under a very small filesize (even if stored on a MicroSD card), which means that none of my 100+ custom ringtones will work and I am stuck with the annoying defaults. But worst of all, the battery life is a joke. I could talk regularly on my 6085 and easily go a week without needing to charge it (I didn't even bother to take my charger with me on vacations). The 6350, however, won't last much longer than two days, even with minimal usage. There is very little redeeming about this phone. Visually, it's a nice-looking phone. Despite the cheap-feeling plastic, it seems to be durable enough. The reception is very good, but that is something I have come to expect from Nokia phones, so it does nothing to set itself apart in a positive way. Overall, this is a horrid phone and I am severely disappointed. Currently, I am feverishly working on a way to get my old 6085 working again.

Phone works fine for calls, texting even pictures. Sound and reception are fine, though phone itself is not durable. The outer shell scratches and dents very easily and the outer LCD screen easily cracks. I've had Nokia phones before that have lasted years; however, this one is trash in less than 8 months.

I got this phone because of it`s price and the fact that it`s a Nokia phones. While the phone itself has way more features I ever will use and has a very nice solid feeling to it has one major flaw. The Keys rub against the screen when closed, the screen was scuffed after just one day and it got worse over the days. With a company like Nokia that should not happen, I`ll contacted Nokia Customer service via email and it is not easy to find that email address and heard nothing back so far.

It is lowend, and the design is dated, but OK for basic phone usage,
This review is from: Nokia 6350 Phone, Red (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
There is a reason why Nokia is not popular on low end phones in the US market. They just don't care.
Take this Nokia 6350 for example, it has good hardware spec on the screen with 320x240 64K colors, but the UI is so 2001, it ruins the otherwise beautiful screen. The font on the screen looks dated and awkward, and it is in white color without endge color. If you use a light color picture as wall paper, sorry, you cannot see a thing. There is not much customization you can do on the phone. You can rearrange the meny icon positions, and program the D-pad short cut keys. That is pretty much it. As as as a phone's concern, flip phone is so year 2000, so if you buy this phone, you are pretty much living in the last decade, and this Nokia phone reminds you about the flip phones at this past decade. Low end phones these days are capable of taking pictures and playing mp3 songs. This Nokia phone does such basic task, but the camera picture comes out grainy and dark, and the music player function is very basic. There is a 2.5mm headset jack, so you can still use the 10 year old headset. I bought this phone for my aunt, who never own a cell phone before, so it fits her perfectly. You just cannot look at this phone side by side with another old low-end phone like the Sony Ericsson W580i, otherwise you will feel pretty miserable. The keyboard is probably the best thing about this phone, it is roomy. There are 2 finishes onthe keys. The outer keys are glossy, and the centerl column keys has a matted finish. The case is made of matte finish rubbery feeling plastic, which feels pretty good in hand. The speaker phone works OK, the volumn is not too loud, but it does not kracle. There are quite a lot of AT&T starndard applications on this phone, like purchase music and GPS, but they all require data usage (which cost extra) and subscription (you need to pay $10/month to use the GPS). Most people buying this phone will not use these features for extra month, because if you want to get the most out of these premium applications, you will choose another phone, such as LG Shine II. There is an internal MicroSD card behind the back cover, and the battery is rated 1050mAh, 3.7V, 3.9Wh. The phone is made in Mexico.

Average phone,
This review is from: Nokia 6350 Phone, Red (AT&T) (Wireless Phone)
Like the title says, it's an average phone. There's absolutely nothing special about it at all. If you like to rely on vibrate mode, forget about it on this phone. It sucks hardcore; you will never know it's going off. It might as well be set to silent.
