key pad broke
After 3 weeks of easy use, the bottom half of the Sony Ericsson W580i keypad worked only sporadically, for no apparent reason. My 17 year old is the main user and otherwise he liked the phone enough to take a chance on requesting a replacement. Also, the Amazon satisfaction process was awesome! Easier than I expected and very much appreciated.

This phone has very unusal menu, it is not a good phone if you going to use it as phone. Yes, some people may prefer it as walkman. I use phone for just phone calls, it is so akward phone for use if you are used with motorola or LG.
