Excellent acquisition for those who want to use the MP3 and music player functions of the compatible Nokia cell phone. The cable also permit that you transfer photos and videos taken with the cell phone to the computer. The setup is very easy. Not need to worry about the software. Just plug in the phone and Windows Update will automatically download all necessary software. You also may transfer your favorite melody from the computer to the phone and set it as your main ring tone.

This cable allows data transfer and also charges my Nokia 6350 at the same time. The cable cost about $30 from Nokia and AT&T but here it was only $4.38 including shipping. It is a bargain for you if you wish to exchange music, pictures, videos, addresses, etc. between PC and phone.

I ordered mine from A1 Accessories for $9.36 which was considerably less than what I could have paid in a brick and mortar store - Thanks Amazon.com. It was sent via USPS, so I had to look deep into my mailbox to find it, vice on my doorstep like UPS might have delivered it. It was delivered quicker than advertised. As soon as I received it, I plugged it into my USB and it connected without needing to download any drivers and I immediately gained access to all the folders in the phone (6555B in my case). Unlike one of the other reviewers, I did not expect it to charge the phone while plugged in, but it would have been nice if it could - he's right it doesn't charge the phone, but does everything very well. The only reason why I did not rate this as 5 stars is because of the price. Although it was only about nine dollars and significantly less that in town, it wasn't as cheap as I found other accessories on Amazon.com. However, I needed one and Amazon is my on-line store of choice for most of my needs.

Received the item and attempted to connect to my Nokia E63 phone and it did not fit. Evidently what is pictured for the item is a micro USB connector and what was supplied is a mini and will not work. I noticed that someone else had the same complaint as I went further into the reviews, but like them the cost [...] (with shipping) is not worth the effort of returning. However, I hate being taken advantage of and just might burn some free time and do just that...

I just received my usb cable today. The first time I plugged it in, nothing transferred over so I got really mad. Later, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do in a very short amount of time and it's CHEAP! I can't believe I got it for $1.44 when the same exact cable is advertised for about $30 on the Nokia website. I highly recommend the cable. One thing to keep in mind is that this cable doesn't work for all Nokia phones so you should double check on the Nokia website if this cable works for your phone.

I t does what it says it will do. It downloads music to my Nokia 6555 and uploads photos to computer. It's all I need it to do. I inherited this phone and needed to find cables and headphones for it.

The cable works with my E63 and my wife's motorola. Cable has a nice clamp to store away and the price was good for original nokia.

Some people think that the cable can be used to charge the E63, the E63 does not support charging via the micro USB port, which sucks, but that is a design deficiency of the phone and not the cable.

The cable in the pic appears to be a micro USB but what I got was a mini USB. It does not fit, so be cautions when ordering here. I do not know if maybe I just got the wrong item or not. The bag it came in had no markings what so ever. I only paid like $2 so it's really not worth trying to get a replacement.

Good quality built, but the cable does not charge the phone while connected to the computer as specified.

First, I was disappointed that the USB cable did not meet my needs. It was classified as fitting my model of cell phone, but alas it did not. That said, however, when I contacted the seller about the problem, she issued a refund without delay, and I am grateful to her for that.

It is not clear at what point in the process of posting the cable for sale the misclassification occurred, or exactly how it came to be misclassified. I have never sold anything through Amazon.com, and I have no idea how complicated or difficult it is to classify a product or to ensure that it is classified correctly. Consequently, I am not sure what to do in the future to ensure that the item I am ordering is the exact one I mean to be ordering.
