the sound is clear, but the lid of the earphone's part in the ear fell off several days ago, So it is very comfortable to use it now and I don't think the processing quality is good enough.

This review is in response to the vendor, SF Planet, not the product, so beware on who you are buying this product from.
I bought two of these headsets for my Nokia 6350 from SF Planet. Neither of them worked. After contacting the seller, they were quick to send out replacements (thank you), with the guarantee that the units were tested prior to shipment. Unfortunately, neither of these headsets worked, either. I looked at the Nokia manual and it said that ANY 2.5 mm headset would work on this phone. I tried all four headsets on at least three other phones - no luck. Let's just say it was my phone with the problem. If that were the case, why wouldn't the headsets work on any other phone? In addition, the product is NOKIA, not a third party brand, so there is no reason why Nokia is not compatible with its own product line. I have since given up on trying to use a wired headset for my phone and went the Bluetooth route (not loving it, but it works alright). And as a sidebar, the headset jack does work. I have a different spare wired headset just in case that works like a charm, and as expected.

I ordered two of these headsets for two different Nokia E71x phones. Headsets did not work on either phone. One phone recognized that something was plugged into it and only made a horrifying screeching sound when attempting to use it on a phone call. The other phone did not even recognize the headset was plugged into it. I ordered a different over-the-ear headset from another supplier on Amazon, and they work perfect! Overall, very disappointed with this product.
