Excellent product
This product is excellent. this is the second time i got this because the last one i used, i had it for 4 years. Buy it without thinking twice. Excellent voice quality and you dont have to shout while you are in the train or when you are commuting the headset is so sensitive to sound.

Poor quality!
I have had THREE of these in the last year. All of them have broken (not physcially, but internally) and at least I got refunds on the first 2. The last I bought from a private seller because Amazon wisened up and decided not to sell this defective item anymore. The reason I've bought 3 is because it's the most comfortable design made for this phone. I hate the earbud...

Product never arrived. Evidently it is lost in the mail. I requested information from the seller on 3/24/08 and 3/26/08 regarding whether or not the shipment was insured.No response was received.

This is one of the worst product I've ever encountered. I just bought my 3rd replacement a few weeks ago and guess what.......yup it's broken again. This is one of those 3 strikes and you're out deal. I am so frustrated with this that I am willing to just go out and buy a new phone just so I can use a different headset and hopefully one that takes a 2.5mm jack where I get more options of headsets.

The headset works well and stays connected to the phone (previous versions tended to pop out).

can't beat the price, doesn't fall out of my ear like may other kinds. i really like it. only think is that since the bud part doesn't really sit well in your ear, when there's a lot of outside noise (like traffic in NYC), it's tough to hear the other person. Still, for the price, it's great.
