Lost Without It, August 27, 2005
This review is from: Nokia LPS-4 Accessibility Loopset (Wireless Phone Accessory)
This is the second LPS-4 Loopset I have own. The connector broke after 2 years of use and several phones on the last one. I am able to understand people better and also able to block out other people talking around me. Anyone who has to use hearing aids to listen you just can't go wrong. I can be listening to music through the T-coils in the hearing aids and switch over to the telephone without a problem. I was lost without it till I received my new one.

Nothing like it!!, June 8, 2006
This review is from: Nokia LPS-4 Accessibility Loopset (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I have been using Nokia phones since 1999 when I got the first Nokia that came with a loop. My cousin got it for my birthday. I was in heaven when I could first hear on it. It takes a little getting used to the "digital" voice, but it is achievable. The old loops seemed to break a few times a year, but the LPS-4 has lasted me over 2 years. The great thing about it is you no longer have to use batteies to power the loop. The power comes from the phone. Great savings there!! I have a 90% loss, so my hearing is pretty severe & I am able to hear familiar voices pretty well (not perfect, but enough to hold a conversation). Ive tried Hatis & also hearing aid compatible phones & nothing matches up to a Nokia! Did you know that the man that invented the loopset for Nokia is hearing impaired himself? He was the one who also made the LPS-4 to run from phone power & not batteries. Here is a product invented by a individual that uses the product & understands!

Absolutely the BEST!, May 24, 2007
This review is from: Nokia LPS-4 Accessibility Loopset (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Like the others say, this is an INDISPENSIBLE item in my life. I never leave home without it. Its like wearing headphones, its TOO COOL! They tend to break/wear out after two years, so factor that in, but other than that, super reliable. I use Widex Divas and this is a great setup for me.

I love this Thing!, May 12, 2007
This review is from: Nokia LPS-4 Accessibility Loopset (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Now I can understand every word the person on the phone is saying. My hands are free to do other things. The volume control can be adjusted for different situations. It has saved my business. The Nokia Loopset is lightweight and comfortable, and it works great. The competitor's loopset was much heavier, didn't work as well, and had technical problems even after I sent it back for repair. Anyone with a hearing loss should have the Nokia loopset. I love this thing!

Under some circumstances, essential, January 9, 2007
This review is from: Nokia LPS-4 Accessibility Loopset (Wireless Phone Accessory)
If you have to depend on digital hearing aids for full time hearing, and if your Nokia cell phone does not have a loudspeaker function, then you absolutely must have this loopset for easy and comfortable conversations. It is largely noise-free, speech comprehension (in my case) is quite clear, and its ability to be powered directly by the cell phone itself makes it functionally far superior to the older loopset, which requires three E-675 batteries whose endurance is limited. A nice touch, although not used by me, is the ability to plug other audio devices into the loopset (watch out for added cellphone battery drain). One advantage: hands free telephoning is made possible.
