The back=light times out after five seconds. When the screen goes black and the keys go black you have no idea what's happening with the phone. If you're on a call that prompts you to press this key or that all you have is a phone with small keys and none of them are lighted. I called Nokia and they said that there is no adjustment in phone settings to keep the phone lighted longer. How dumb is that!!!!!!!
