The product seems to be fine however, Nolo does not support this version. They want to sell a newer version and this one has been unsupported so long that you don't get any break to upgrade. With that said, if you want a real inexpensive program to write simple leases and you aren't too paranoid about legal issues you would be well satisfied. I am using the program as it is, I just wish it would have been spelled out that this program is unsupported.

I also found this software to not be supported by its publisher. The publisher recommends not using this software. There is no later version or supported version. Nolo wants you to buy the books instead, with its copyable forms.

This is wizard-like lease writer. I like best its ability to generate an RTF file from which you can then manually edit to your specific needs. The software also provides on-demand guidance and definition and examples for each step.
