Excellent solution for my turtle's shell rot

This stuff is kind of like hydrogen peroxide and neosporin in one pet friendly container. It kills all of the bacteria while helping the area to heal. I used it on my turtle's shell rot after reading that this was the stuff to get and it cleared up my turtle's shell. I can barely tell where his shell rot was.

My Choice for a Wound Cleanser

Nolvasan is a hospital disinfectant and in combination with a cleanser, it becomes a superior wound cleaner. Cleaning and disinfecting a wound goes a long way to healing a wound. You want a disinfectant that keeps working in the presence of organic material such as blood, pus, dead skin, etc. This product contains Chlorhexadine. I have used this chemical as a disinfectant around my house, and I have used the ointment on a wound that is then wrapped or has a bandaid applied. I would use this anywhere on broken skin where I wanted to reduce the bacteria count. Nolvasan also works against many viruses, but I don't know how well this concentration works as a virucidal.

No-Rinse cleanser-dogs

Hi We purchase this cleanser for our dog who has Horrible allergies.He scratches his skin sometimes until it bleeds.This cleanser helps calm his skin for a little while.We also condition his skin because we bath him at least 3 times a week with this product.You do not have to rinse it out.I would say for an added help,this cleanser does help us a little.Anything we find that won't harm him we try.
