Somebody's really goofed!
I love real stay-lit lights but somebody really goofed this year. I've purchased well over 50 boxes this year (why is Target having so much trouble keeping them in stock?), and over a dozen of the boxes contained non-stay-lit lights! It's easy to tell real stay-lit lights from the imposters. Just pull a bulb out and see if the string stays on. If it doesn't, you have the...

Faulty Product
I purchased 50 boxes of these lights this season. Of the 50, about 20 of the boxes had 15-20 bulbs on each set not lighting. I guess the claim that the strand stays lit regardless of bulbs burnt, lose or broke is true but seems to me a new strand of light that has these many bulbs arleady burnt is not worth the money...
