5.0 out of 5 stars Great idea - not well executed.
Good idea for mitigating the slippage on a stair tread, the adhesive was not strong enough by itself to hold. During final stages before it gets thrown away it creates more of a hazard than cure for the same reasons as alreay noted.

2.0 out of 5 stars Starting To Peel Up
I bought a roll to put on the concrete steps out front. I think I did as much as I could do to give the adhesive a good, rough, clean surface to stick to. I sanded the areas with 60 grit paper, and then degreased, but I found that one of the strips that I cut and applied had come loose. Looks like I'll be buying more tread tape to replace this stuff in the near future.
