Format:Audio CD
I decided to spend the money two months ago because nothing had worked for me, even hypnosis. I had a friend who knew of Dr. Gilchrist and had heard great thinngs but I do not live in California.
The program has 7 CDs which included 8 actual hypnosis sessions that not only helped me quit, but also helped with other issues like overeating and general relaxation. Dr. Gilchrist also uses one CD to explain some behavioural modification exercises, another CD that scares the living bejusus out of you, and an introduction which was a little long winded for my taste.
A long story short, I can't even imagine smoking anymore. I realy think that just the first 4 sessions would have been enough, but maybe I will change my mind later.

I bought these cds a few months ago when I stopped smoking.
The hypnosis cds are just ok.
The cds are simply a tool. You have to WANT to quit and you must be determined to quit. I learned a little more about hypnosis and relaxing-- rather than how to stop smoking.
If you are looking for help with stopping smoking, I highly recommend the book called "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr.
