This book was fairly pedestrian when it was written and based primarily on a survey of nonprofits, rather than the authors' experience. The advice is middling and non-committal; the survey just tells you that different nonprofits compensate in different ways, without clear guidance; the book was published in 1998 but the survey was taken a year or two earlier, so the information is out of date. Not worth the very high price.
