3.0 out of 5 stars Best chapter is...., October 29, 2009
This review is from: The Nonprofit Management Handbook: Operating Policies and Procedures (Paperback)
This is an excellent tool for non-profits of any size. Lots of info on a variety of topics. Best chapter is Communicating Your Cause, since without good communication, you won't get very far. I wish they'd update that chapter to include blogs, twitter, etc.
