About the Author
Patrick W. Miller has served as an administrator/manager for both the academic and business worlds. He has authored more than 100 articles and is a frequent speaker for numerous groups. Dr. Miller is listed in Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in the World. Dr. Miller holds a Ph.D. in education from The Ohio State University, as well as a master's certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
