Same material as the much cheaper CD set---just stretched out!,

This is pretty much the exact same material covered in the much cheaper Non Violent Communication CD set put out by Sounds True. The only major difference I've noticed, after listening to two CDs, is that the stories on this CD set are **really** stretched out; and Marshall, the narrator, repeats word sets over and over again (saying things like, "in my practice of psychology, as a part of my practice of psychology...")---as if to fill time. If you want to learn NVC, you can learn everything you will learn here, for the most part, with the basic CD set---in about half the time, for about $20, instead of $95. NVC is great. I love it! It's changed my life. But... save yourself $75 (or more if you buy a set used), and get the basic NVC Audio CD, which is really good.

The information in the CDs was very powerful. After applying his methods it has helped all of my relationships. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have good relationships.

This is a wonderful course, worth every penny! Marshall Rosenberg's work should be heard by all Christians and peace-loving peple. His writing is easy to understand; it just takes practice to use his methods. You have to have the passion and perserverance to make this world a better place to live in. I recommend it for everyone. Certainly would have helped my marriage.

This book helps make transparent what we really want to say.
Byron Katie says, "Defense is the first act of war." Discovering how to communicate needs and desires and work beyond others defensive communication is worth much more than the cost of this program. |
