Nice product, poor service by amazon, February 13, 2012

The watch itself is nice, clean, and modern looking. Because it is white, it can get scuffed easily, but is easy to clean. I really like how it looks, but please note the digital component on the watch does not look as blue as pictured. It looks dark grey, like most of the other watches and is only noticeable as blue it you look very carefully and in the light. My main complaint is with amazon's customer service bc the last 2 things I ordered from them within one month of each other got "lost" in the mail, and I didn't receive the gifts I had planned to give on time. Both times I called customer service and they were not able to help me except to apologize and make excuses. For this particular gift, I had to speak to a supervisor who finally approved an overnight shipment so that I could receive the gift in time. Otherwise, my answer had been, "I'm sorry, this doesn't usually happen". I do appreciate that the supervisor was able to help me after 30 min on the phone complaining that this was the second time it had happened to me.
